Users must utilize API tokens in accordance with rate limits and quota allocations. Any attempt to abuse, perform denial-of-service, or deploy non-graphics cryptographic mining workloads on CineStream GPU fabrics will result in immediate termination.
You retain 100% ownership of all OpenUSD stages, 3D assets, animations, and audio submitted to CineStream. CineStream AI algorithms, software SDKs, and platform branding remain the exclusive property of NETUNISYS TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
